Is this enough?

Hi my 19 month old current day to day food routine is as follows: Weetabix Mix fruits Yoghurt Oatbar 3 to 5oz water (Spread across 5 hours) Nap for 2.5 hours with milk around 7oz Dinner 3 to 5oz water Snack like crisp Maybe a second meal Bed with 8oz milk. He sleeps through the night too Good amount of nappies and gaining weight well. Which i know is the important thing here but I'm seeing and reading mums out there giving like 5 hefty meals a day and whatnot. I'm just wondering if I should be offering more and not maybe not "just enough". He's also got food allergies, eczema and spits out unfamiliar textures which makes it hard to feed him. Every now and then I give something new but he wouldn't eat it with a meal..just to test and spit out. Anyway...anyone else have any easy meal suggestions or advice I'd really appreciate it. I'm struggling and currently also have an ebf newborn with me so I'm very limited on time too 🙃

My daughter probably eats more than that, she eats three meals a day and usually at least 3 decent snacks too (mid morning, afternoon and before bed) but she doesn’t take bottles at all anymore so it probably evens out with the bottles.

@Lynsey Thank you. I think I'll add in another meal then before his nap. I feel like it'll fit best here. I'm stumped on what to make tho. His pre nap food is generally always the same thing everyday and dinner is make for all the family he will eat with us. What type of extra food do you make for your lo? I tend to eat breakfast and snacks with him and then eat whatever ibfind in the kitchen which isnt usually healthyr during his nap.

I give my daughter sandwiches (cheese, tomato or jam&peanut butter etc) or French toast sticks or, toast with different toppings and she has yoghurt then rather than the morning, maybe some more fruit. She is lactose free and not a huge fan of eggs. It can be quite similar each day as is breakfast but she eats our dinners so gets plenty of variety there so I don’t worry!
