If you search on the decorum website you can find a list of the baby active rhyme time sessions that they run - the local library also has a rhyme time class on Wednesday mornings. I know some local churches hold baby groups but I never attended any. The baby class offer is quite poor in Hemel unless you pay for Hartbeeps which is a nice class but not cheap by any means. I think another is Tiny Acorns which is similar to Hartbeeps.
