PSA: if you’re trapped you’re still doing the work. It feels like you’re doing nothing because there’s no tangible feedback, but you are.

My husband’s bringing in wood with our toddler and I’m nap trapped with our baby. We are both working.

Yep same as if my kid is poorly and I’m upstairs rubbing his back to get him to sleep. I find it so hard cos I can’t get anything done during that time and there is so much to do! Need to work on reframing it in my mind x

Oops accidentally pressed the first option! Love a nap trap 🤍

My baby wasn't feeling well yesterday and was sleeping a lot, was nap trapped a majority of the day.. soothing her when she fussed and tried to make it easier on her when she went into a coughing fit

My baby cries during the day if I’m not holding her or giving her attention. It’s hard to get a meal in & shower during the day. When my husband gets home I get caught up on cleaning, etc. while he gets baby time between feeds, and when baby goes to bed we get to spend time together.

It took an hour to get my son down tonight. My husband was updating our insurance policy. We were both doing important work.
