Where do we put baby down?

Little girl is coming up to 9 months old 💖 is on the move and interested in everything. When we chill in the living room or her room I’m all eyes on her. But where are people putting their little ones when they need to get stuff done? I wanna get jobs done in the kitchen like cooking/cleaning. Shes has a bouncer chair and the mamas and papas chair but I feel like She needs something else. She just sits upright in the bouncer like wtf is this 🤣 Im thinking a travelcot used as a playpen maybe orrr something else, any recommendations?

We’re having the same problem and she’s only happy in her highchair for all of 5 minutes 😭

Tbh, I’ve made my living room extremely baby friendly so there’s absolutely no hazards, got rid of my coffee table, so I’ll leave her play in the living room while I get stuff done out the kitchen or other cleaning and usually put Ms Apple on for her, I will poke my head in every few seconds though to check on her. But if that’s not possible for you, It may be worth getting a play pen? I get most of the cleaning done when she’s napping so only time I tend to leave her in the living room is if I’m putting stuff together in the Milton, putting my pumps on, making lunch, grabbing a bottle x

I put the mamas and papas chair on the counter next to the sink and she watches me. Always give her ramdon stuff to play or snacks

I just leave my baby in the living room with his toys and keep checking back on him! You could always put them in their cot with some toys though or their highchair xx

On the floor I just let him crawl and climb where he likes most of the time he follows me anyway.. x

I got a playpen in our living room and it’s the best purchase ever. Means I can set her down and get stuff done. As she is also pulling her self up so leaving her alone is a no no or she will be on top of something.

I use the Mama's and Papa's bug chair on the island counter when I'm doing things, but depending on whether she's occupied with food or toys, that may be short lived. I'll let her play in the front room and keep popping my head in, or she's on my hip doing or with me!
