Just curious ..

I know that birth control is different with every women’s body but I was just curious does it stop a cycle completely or it depends on the birth control method .. I was looking into getting the implant in the arm but i still want to get a cycle I was on the pills and that experience wasn’t good

My friend got the arm implant and her bleeding was irregular for a couple months and then slowly tapered off to spotting a few days every month to not having a period. I think this was a 6-8 month time period.

The implant made me irregularly spot, there wasn't a pattern to it. If you want a good regular cycle without any side effects, use the FAM method - follow your own natural cycle 😊 it just takes discipline and at the very least $15 for a BBT thermometer 😊

When I was on the implant I had no period at all from the beginning

I have pcos and have always had irregular periods so for me the arm implant completely stopped my periods just about. I had it in my arm for 3 years and only had 3 periods the whole time ( once a year ) and when I got my period I would bleed for a month straight.
