Oof. Yeah it’s something not enough people talk about. I get the sundown scaries every afternoon. Working out helps but I’m thankful to have a husband who takes over when he gets home so I can get to the gym. Just leaving the house and driving around with the little guy helps too. Leaving the house is the best thing for me personally.

@Danielle for me is overthinking everything, wanting to make sure everyone is okay. Going out even for the smallest errands does help. I haven't started working out, I should soon.

Oh man! Definitely getting out. Not just for errands but also just for nothing, no agenda so my mind can just be. My husband takes over and I know baby is safe and I don’t have to worry. Also working out. Though it looks different from before for a few reasons. But being active helps. And definitely talking things out helps too! Even if it seems “silly” it helps to get it out rather than going through it over and over in my head.

@Danielle I agree! Definitely not talked about enough.

@Evie it’s totally normal. My worry is off the charts and I always think something terrible is about to happen, even with the most mundane tasks. You can also try a mantra. I know it sounds cheesy but it helps.
