@Morgan thank you  it was 1 cooked beetroot blitzed up with 1 cup of self raising flour, 1 cup of milk and an egg and fried on low until cooked through.
It all looks lovely! So presentable too! I want to eat it!😂 can I ask also, where you got the ice Lollie sticks for the Greek yoghurt lollies you made. Thats a fantastic idea! X
