Solids/bottles

How many bottles is your 7month babies taking during the day? I’m finding it hard to get the solids/bottles ratio right. As one nearly puts him off the other. I don’t know whether to cut one of his bottles out or just stick to what I’m doing. He currently has solids every evening religiously but only some mornings will eat breakfast depending on what time he wakes etc. So I wondering how at any point I’m going to fit a lunch into his solids schedule too in a month or 2. 🙈

my little one has a bottle with her breakfast, making sure she has her bottle before the solid (solids before one are just for fun) and then she has a bottle every 4 hours after that. so she has 3-4 7oz bottles and 2 meals. she doesn’t always eat/drink all of it but just offer it, they will eat it if they’re hungry and stop when they’re full x

it is hard tho trying to fit water in between all that! definitely don’t know how to fit lunch in either 😭

We do: 7am milk 8am breakfast 11am milk 12 noon snack 3pm milk 430-5 dinner 7pm bedtime bottle

I'm doing milk first, just starting adding in breakfast on some days. She's actually increased her milk but think because she's dropped the night feed. However after lunch bottle is now half hour later. 7am Milk (7oz) 8am Solids 10.45am Milk (7oz) 12pm Solids 2.15pm Milk (6oz) 4.30pm Milk (5oz) 7pm Milk (8oz)

730 - milk 7oz 830 - breakfast 11/1130 - milk 6oz 1230 - lunch 330/4 - milk 6oz 645/7 - milk 7oz

@Ashleigh I”ve recently been trying to get my LO use to waking up earlier so that we can all prepare for the dreaded return to work and it made the evening feeds feel too clustered so I’m going to try your routine and move to 4 hour milks instead of 3 hours x
