Vitamin help

I was taking pregnacare and told my midwife yesterday about how nausea I was constantly and sick a lot and she mentioned it could be my vitamins as pregnacare is known for effecting nausea. I bought these, are they the correct amounts?

I've been taking Proceive and I haven't been sick at all. They are slightly more expensive though. The amount also looks correct. ☺️

My midwife assured me the store brand Pregnancy vitamins are more than enough. I took Asda's pregnancy multivitamins all throughout my first pregnancy, and now with my second

I find pregnacare hugely overrated and really not great vitamins at all. They lack some important nutrients like choline and their vitamins aren’t in very absorbable forms… I would recommend a more comprehensive prenatal such as Naturelo.

@Anna Thankyou! I’ll see how I get on with these :) midwife said as long as I take folic acid and vitamin D I’m okay so I’m hoping these don’t make me feel sick!

I’m on pregnacare… I wonder if this is why I’m SO unwell… hmmm

My first pregnancy they made me sick. I’m taking this time around but switched to the evenings and that’s been much better!

For me it's the Selenium that makes me very lightheaded. I only take the required amount of Folic Acid recommended and also Vitamin D3

I have the ultra vitamin D tablets - 1000IU Is that too much? Is anyone else taking this one?

@Millie for most people definitely not too much! I usually take 4000 IU. If you’re concerned I would do a blood test to see where you’re at but 1000 is a very good maintenance dose actually!

@Kalina thank you this is so helpful ❤️❤️
