Pat the back ; milk prolly coming out to fast

It might mean u have a fast flow. The side laying feeding position could be good or holding baby bit more upright

You can express some milk first before nursing or lean back while feeding.

Fast let down. Do not pat the back, let the baby cough as they need to. Leaned back or side lying positions can help.

I have the same problem, fast let down which the pediatrician suggested nursing in laid back position and to give baby breaks and burp mid feed.

Can be due to over supply/forceful let down.

Mine does likely due to a latch issue with his tongue tie.

Fast flow, tongue tie, or laryngomalacia.

Could be drinking swallowing a lot of milk at once bc your let down.
