Cramping after sweep

I had a sweep done yesterday morning at 39+6 and have had what I'd describe as period cramps on and off ever since, very mild and nothing major..but a bit more painful today than they were yesterday. Also noticed a bit discharge mixed with blood on my pad this morning. Does anyone know if it's normal to still feel crampy at this point after a sweep? Could it be the start of early labour? This is my first pregnancy so really not sure what is normal and interested to hear other peoples experiences❤️
