Independent baby

Anyone else’s baby just suddenly wanting to be more independent?? My child wants to drink from glass cups, strongly requests certain parts of her food per bite, wants to feed herself (I usually feed her), tries to put on her own shoes, and tries to imitate whatever her dad and I do (chores, talking, games, etc). I just feel like this super independence just kinda happened all of a sudden. She suddenly is very vocal about her preferences and wanting to do things herself! Idk what I expected, but I guess for this to be a gradual thing? I’m not ready 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
