My self care is getting my nails done once a month but I also have monthly meet ups with my other mom friends which can also be apart of my self care and for my sanity. It helps knowing I'm not alone and it's okay to struggle especially when going through ups and downs of motherhood.
I drink 4 vitamins pills every day, collagen powder in w my coffee every morning. I’ll go out salsa dancing, see a friend weekly to chat and laugh and be myself. Lots of water, skincare, makeup, look after my physical appearance. Learning Spanish, reading a book, listening to music. Dye and cut my hair, do my nails. Massage monthly. A new dress very couple weeks and new heels maybe ~3m. I’m a much better and happier mum when I take care of my own needs, part of that self care is reaching out and asking for help
Getting my hair done, reading daily, and getting at least a little time to myself daily. I’m going to start back hitting the gym and getting my bi weekly pedicures again too.
I go to the gym and get to shower alone occasionally 🤷♀️
My self care looks like, My whole house being clean and me having a day to my self in the house by my self and having 2-3 nice meals and drinks and no noise no stress
My self care is getting my lashes done every 2 -3 weeks and my hair done once a month.
I try and get a massage once a month. But I think doing something for you that you enjoy is really important, like I play soccer on Sundays because it feels good to go run around.
