I have anxiety around health and anything bad happening to my son - the thing that really helps reduce massively for me is prayer - I do believe in God ofc so this may not be at all helpful to you if you aren’t religious like me - but I try when ever I’m worried about ‘something bad happening’ I ask God to bless him and protect him, now and always - every nite before sleep - I ask God to keep us safe and this helps me rest -
@Tia she does love fruits, so she eats lots of fruits, chicken (not beef idk why she doesn’t like meat), yogurt, eggs, waffles, ice cream, mac n cheese, it’s kind of the same things every day 😭 i’m grateful she eats fruits but still I just feel like I can be doing better and more recipe researches to try
@danielle I’m actually still in the beginning of my walk with Jesus so it helps but not much yet :( Prayer is something I have to get used to I feel like I do it wrong !

These are all great things!!! They have gluten free plant based Mac and cheeses that I had when I was pregnant that were pretty decent and they also have sugar free ice cream options as well as fruit popsicles. Also maybe try a whole grain waffle. Miss ma’am you are being entirely too hard on yourself. These are all normal kid foods. Maybe make it fun and try one new food a week. And give a reward if she tries it or something. I do think you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself though. From what it sounds like you’re doing great and the fact you stay up all night worrying about your child let’s me know you’re a good mom. When my son started sleeping in his own room ( I let it go way too long until about age 6) I used to wake up multiple times just to check to make sure he was ok cause I’d feel so guilty if something ever happened. That’s utter torture. At some point we have to start loosening the ties as they grow older and know that everything is going to be okay
We are doing the very best we can and we need to control what we can and leave the rest to the man above. As someone else stated I will pray for you and your family as well ❤️ get some rest
Would it help if I told you I grew up eating junk & my health is very good? Like I used to put a table spoon of sugar on Frosted cornflakes, I can still only eat chocolate spread sandwiches & chocolate cereal as an adult. I take vitamin supplements & hope for the best. The body is very good at coping with what it has, it's just healthier if it doesn't have to. You're doing your best and that is enough. You are enough. You're doing great! As for the religious side of things, there's no wrong way to pray. It doesn't matter if how someone else prays is different from how you pray. Your prayers are about your relationship with God, who loves you and just wants you to talk to him. Nothing more is wanted. You are loved, you are enough, you're doing great! ❤️ So take a breath, turn off the alarms and get some sleep. You and your daughter will be fine if you rest.
