I had one in my most recent pregnancy. I was told 9 out of 10 will move and sure enough it did. They scheduled an extra scan at 32 weeks to check and it was well out of the way by then.
I had exactly the same. Had another scan late on in the pregnancy, and the placenta had moved.
If it’s just low lying the chance is that it will be pulled up as your bump grows 🤞
I had a low lying placenta at 20 weeks. No one seemed concerned, had a scan at 32 weeks to check it and sure enough, it had moved out of the way. So I wouldn’t worry about it! And if it hasn’t moved, you’ll know by 36 weeks
Mine moved :) just beware that once you're 28weeks and haven't had it confirmed that it's moved, they wont sign you off to fly (which they failed to tell me about until I requested the 'fit to fly' form)
Mine moved up at 32 weeks after being low at 23 weeks
As the bump grows the placenta could move so you may need another scan to check this probs around 32 weeks. If it hasn't moved the option having a schedualed C Section becomes available.
