My little one usually gives me one mayyyybe two poo diapers a day and I clean her up with a wipe then just real quick wash her bum in the tub if we’re home so the germs aren’t trapped in there with her little sensitive bits! Haven’t had diaper rash yet so must be doing something right😂

Nope, I just use baby wipes, I also bathe him every other day, and we've had no nappy rash here either.
I feel like diaper rash happens most of they’re sitting in their dirty diaper for a bit right? I’m worried about putting my girl in daycare when I go back to work🫣a lot of the ones we toured they said they do diaper changes every two hours and I was like HUH why not when the diaper is dirty?? Like my baby gets her diaper changed as soon as I notice or she’s upset about it so it’s like every 30-70 minutes she’s getting a nice fresh diaper! Idk I might be overreacting but we’ve done so good so far with the wipes and baths that I worry about her sitting in an icky diaper.
We wash our babies bottom in the sink or bath and only use wipes in the middle of the night. He stays in a night gown most of the day because he poops soo much.
I do both, wipes and wash/rinse with water. If it’s one of those days that are bad, I do it with water instead of wipes.
@Mack a nappy change every 2 hours is absolutely fine, I'm sure if they notice your little one has done a poo they won't just leave her in until until the 2 hour mark
@Ebony ya I agree with part of it, like I also only wipe when we are out but I don’t think “ getting used to “ being clean is a bad thing.
washing is 100% more sanitary! I hate wipes lol idk what ingredients are in there really and it doesnt feel like enough either
