Just found out I have PCOS

Ive just found out I likely have PCOS today after a 3D scan at the hospital. I am quite shocked and don't really know where to begin with my journey. We have one precious daughter who is now 2 and a half. We have been trying for another baby since January last year. We had a chemical in April and an ectopic in June. We've had no luck since. The doctors today who scanned me said it looks like my ovaries are giant and that I haven't been ovulating. They could see lots of follicles in them but they just aren't growing big enough so they're not releasing any eggs. I'm just confused as I have pretty regular cycles normally around 29 days. This is the first cycle where I am now late by 2 days with negative tests. I have been accepted for Mounjaro (paid for privately) as my BMI is 37 and I know I need to try to get that down. I'm just so confused as I get ovulation pain every month so assumed i was ovulating. Where do I even start on this journey?!

Letrozole helped me conceive with PCOS. They might try that on you.

I took maca root - got pregnant the month I started taking it Inositol - regulated my cycles and is good for insulin resistance Magnesium helped with my sleep Adjusted my diet and got plenty of exercise My cycles then regulated themselves within 2/3 months and I started taking the maca root then and got pregnant that month, I was trying for a year before this
