@Robyn thank you for this. Did the hospital give you much reassurance as I imagine I’d be quite anxious getting pregnant again
Honestly, no unfortunately, but I know it does vary hospital to hospital. I had some spotting at around 7 and 8 weeks and as you can imagine, was losing my mind with it and the EPU wouldn't see me unless the bleeding was serious and I was in significant pain. I had 3 private scans before my 12 week scan which helped but obviously had to pay for those myself. Once I was further along and started seeing my community midwife team, they have been supportive. Even at 28 weeks now, that anxiety doesn't really go away but we just have to remember that the likelihood of it happening again is low.

Sorry for your loss. My peroid came back exactly 28 days after surgery. Started trying that first cycle. It took another 4 months to get a positive pregnancy test and I'm currently 28 weeks, all going well. I wish I'd focused less on all the 'you're more fertile straight after a miscarriage' nonsense. It caused me a lot of pain when it didn't happen for me. I don't think there's such a thing as too soon if you feel ready.
