Agree with Michaela. You have to try at some point and it sounds like she is ready. It’s a bit nerve wrecking the first few times but just listen and watch her cues xx
Same as above, though I also find it helps to not “over prompt”. Where possible, I let her pee before we leave (or as close to that as possible), and tell her to let me know if she needs the toilet, and then when out I don’t ask her again until I know there is a toilet nearby. Good luck, once you’ve been out a few times you’ll feel better. Even if she has accidents, just the fact you’ve ventured out is great x
@Michaela will do thank you xx
@Haleigh she doesn’t like it when I ask her too many times if she needs the potty, learned that one fast. She was like MUMMY NO 🙄 haha now I just wait for her to come to me and that’s worked so much better. Thank you xx
@Jess thank you xx
We used Bambino mio potty training pants on a few trips. You’ll be fine after a couple of trips. We have a potty in the car but depending where we go we try and use a fold up toilet seat on a normal loo
I did this, I just lots of extra pairs of clothes incase she does have an accident. I literally brought the travel potty everywhere with me at the beginning!
You can put pants on under the pull ups that way she’ll know if she’s wet. It’s good for car journeys and you can wip the pull ups off when you get there.
@Stephanie great idea thank you xx
I would say 100% take a carry potty and take extra clothes etc, if she is vocal and tells you that’s great
