Meal ideas please

My baby is 6 months old and I started her on solids around a month ago. I give her breakfast and dinner every day but struggling with ideas as I’m always giving her the same things. She has a cows milk ALLERGY so meal ideas WITHOUT dairy please. She’s tried: toast, scrambled eggs, weetabix (not very keen on it) , sausages (without skin) , spaghetti & beans, fish fingers, fish cakes, pasta with veggie sauce (I made it) , chips, mashed potato, sweet potato fries, banana pancakes, lots of different veggies & fruits, loves bananas That’s all I can remember at the moment lol but meal ideas dairy free for breakfast and dinner please TIA x

Just whatever you eat but with a non dairy alternative.. my boy has had banana pancakes with almond butter, banana, blueberries and raspberries and yoghurt this morning. For lunch he had pasta with ham and then an orange and for dinner he will have moussaka, tomato’s and feta and then some grapes for dessert x

https://feedingtinybellies.com/broccoli-tots/#wprm-recipe-container-6424 But use dairy free cheese. Veggies Fritters - use whatever you have, carrot, courgette, sweetcorn, spinach, onion etc blitz them up and add an egg, some flour, baking powder and some water then fry like pancakes 🙂

@Elena she loves pasta but won’t hold it, I have to cut it really small to give to her. The only things she seems to hold is toast or chips, anything else she will just throw but thank you for the meal ideas, I need to try her with an alternative yogurt x

@Chloe if she’s not ready to hold and feed herself, spoon feed and place things into her mouth. It takes around a month but they slowly learn that oh this is food I hold this and put it in my mouth! Now my boy never really drops anything unless it slippery or he’s done eating

@Chloe when we was having my son tested for allergies we got the dairy free Ella’s kitchen banana yogurt. For pasta we found spirali or tagliatelle was the best for holding.

Thank you girls x
