Mine came within the usual cycle length (as if the miscarriage was my period) but I miscarried early at 5w4d. I think it can vary a lot based on how far along you were

I bled after my D&C then got pregnant I don’t even remember having a period between there

Period late

Could I be going through menopause at 26? I missed a period 2 months ago then had one the next month this month no period yet just feeling crampy and like my periods going to come but nothing yet, sleepy as Heck! Sore breast I took a test but was negative then a couple of days later I wound up spotting for a little then it stopped thought it was my period but nothing do you guys think it’s pregnancy or menopause my hormones have been sooooo off since my 2nd daughter which was a year and a half ago they never went back normal
