@Aderet Dana Hoch thank you! I’ll give it a read. I didn’t know diet could affect it too!
I was diagnosed with this 5 years ago by a psychiatrist but I'm still unsure that it's correct (she also has told me I'm bipolar and some other things so it's really hard to know) the only for sure thing was when I was having a period (the whole duration of my pregnancy and post partum I haven't had a single symptom) the rage was alive and well. My gyn didn't seem interested in finding why I was like this. I have yet to find a new one (have been too busy with new baby) I even asked if I maybe have some sort of hormonal imbalance. Idk it's hard. I feel you. It can be hard knowing what's wrong and where to start. I'd go with a therapist and they can help from there, get you to a psychiatrist who can evaluate you. An endocrinologist can help as well with looking at hormones and such
Ya! If you have questions or want to chat further about it, feel free to message :)
Hi! I’d recommend speaking to a doctor, probably a gyno to help identify if it is PMDD I also contributed to this article that may be a helpful resource https://vegnews.com/how-diet-affects-pmdd-symptoms
