I say this with love... you need to smile again. Even if it's fake. Even if you have to set a timer and will yourself to do it the whole time. You need to rebuild your smile muscles. It will get easier as you get more distance from your ex... Don't worry about his new fling. If it even lasts, it just means he'll still be changing diapers at 50. 🤣 Again, much love to you on your new journey. You now have space in your life for someone more worthy of you. ❤️

Hunni. Even if you get rid of the folds at the corner of your mouth it won’t change anything as a whole …you need to love yourself from within and it’ll show outwardly. Take care of your skin overall, your hair, your nails, dress nicer, meet some friends, have more positive energy, SMILE more as Bonny said. No one is close enough to see some lines at the corners but they’ll see YOU, overall, as a body, how you walk, talk, dress, carry yourself.

Filler babe, I've got an aesthetics clinic, I do treatments. Best thing is filler if its getting to you for both. Everyone has something they don't like, and why not fix it if it makes us feel better 🤷🏽‍♀️ you could have some lower face HIFU to tighten the skin, but it won't get rid of them completely and will take about 3 months. Filler is instant basically, takes 2 weeks for swelling to settle but the Filler is there and done straight away x Also make sure your hydrated, dehydrated skin will look worse x

Everyone has nasolabial folds. Any kind of facial expression will deepen any kind of wrinkles over time because that's what wrinkles are... it's like the lines that appear in your jeans where you sit in them and they fold the same way. Don't stop smiling just because of how your feel about the lines on your face. I do understand personal insecurity but as someone else said, if those lines disappeared it won't change your life situation. If you're really hell bent on reducing them, lots of moisturiser, good diet, vitamin supplements to make sure you're staying healthy, or I guess you'll be going down the botox/filler/surgical route. But, I cannot stress this enough: it is a slippery slope of continuous search for perfection. You'll never be happy because it will never look 'perfect'.

@Elizabeth I’ve heard hifu depleats fat value so in the long run is worse than o2 laser or micro rf needling as it causes more volume loss.
