My last resort was the Frida Baby Windi Gas Passer. I usually try to avoid using it unless absolutely necessary, but my little one was really struggling with gas, and like yours, we were on day four with no poo. I had already tried warm baths and tummy exercises, but nothing was working. So I figured I’d give it a try—and it worked! I could hear the gas coming out, and he pooped right after. Just be sure to use a little coconut oil and be extra gentle. He was so relieved afterward! I’d definitely recommend only using it as a last resort, but it can be a lifesaver when nothing else helps. xx

We had the same thing, no amount of bicycles etc helped. We tried infacol with most feeds and it’s the only thing that’s helped. She still needs it occasionally (7 weeks old) however not every feed as we found that it caused diarrhea. She has it max 4 times a day now, but at 3/4 weeks old we did do every feed x
