Planning feeds when going out

My 13wk old is formula fed and tends to naturally end around every 4 hours (+/- 1 hour). I have signed up to sensory classes and am wondering how you manage feeding around classes/plans. I don't want him to be feeding during the class as that feels like a waste. We're not really in any sort of schedule at the moment so it's hard to plan. I was thinking of feeding him before to account for that time. Does anyone have any tips?

Our baby sensory class gives you 20 mins to change and feed if needed, it's completely normal at baby classes or events to expect to feed 😊i do try get a feed and nap in before I go to a class though as makes my LO nice and happy and alert for the class but don't worry if you have to feed! They babies and will not conform 🤣🤣

When we went baby classes she would often feed during them, which a lot of other mams done. You can try to feed an hour before you go out and just have a spare bottle in your bag just incase x

I usually give her a feed just before we leave, I get up a bit earlier etc if it’s a morning class and then I feed her again when we get back if necessary. My girl feeds every 3 hours but is pretty patient though

Just change or feed in class
