First midwife appt
I have my first midwife appointment next week at the hospital. do I also get as scan or is just a midwife check?

Gender is at a 20 week scan, I got a private one last pregnancy at 16 weeks though way too long to wait🤣
With the nhs gender is at 20 weeks scan or you go private and can get from 16 weeks ☺️
Like the above said didn’t see that 🤣
You can also get blood tests from 6 weeks (I think) to confirm baby’s sex! Although no idea how reliable they are.

If it’s the first one it’s just antenatal appt. They just ask questions really. But no scan unless they’re concerned I think. First scan will be 12wks
