Help heartburn! ❤️🔥
Please help me I’m suffering so badly from heartburn and nothing gets rid of it I’m sick with it all the time anyone have any tips and tricks ?

Are you taking Omeprazole? I caved in towards the end of my pregnancy and ended up getting a prescription for them and just used them as and when I needed them, it was the only thing that really helped. Leading up to that I had the love heart sweets as they at times helped to tame it a bit. I feel your pain though it’s bloody awful. Hope it goes soon for you!x
