Call safe horizon hotline they are non profit the city path is ridiculous but if you can’t get through with safe horizon go there to path
In similar situation…. Although my apartment…. He took my son against his will through acs… safe horizon couldn’t even stop him! He’s military so everyone believes everything he says….
