Implantation bleeding??

I have PCOS and my husband and I have been TTC for over a year. I don’t have periods anymore without medication usually (I am not currently on any). My peak ovulation was Feb. 10. Yesterday when I went to the bathroom I wiped and this came up. No blood before and none since. I have had slight cramping and headaches the last couple of days. Could this be implantation bleeding??
