Trigger warning Bleeding at 25 weeks

I've spoken to maternity triage and they have told me it's nothing to be worried about as I've no pain and baby is still moving around. For 3 days now sometimes when I wipe there's blood (i will attach a photo for reference) It's not every time I go to the toilet. I'm going to ask my midwife to send off a urine sample for a possible UTI although I have no symptoms of it. Has anyone experienced anything similar and what was the reason for the bleeding. Thanks in advance
