Wheezing/heaving Noise when laughing

My 9mo has started making a strange heaving sort of noise when he's laughing or gets excited. It sounds like he's struggling to get air out but only when he's hyper and excited. He seems fine otherwise and doesn't do it all the time, so I'm thinking I probably don't need to worry about it just yet but wondering if anyone else has noticed this in their LO?

My baby does this when she’s breathing in sometimes, but I think she does it on purpose as she’ll do it for a few minutes but be absolutely fine otherwise and then forget about it and not do it again for a few days 😅. It’s like she’s figured out how to make this weird (scary) noise and finds it funny

My baby does this but has a floppy larynx which the dr has said should sort itself out , definitely more noticeable when excited or super relaxed

My LO makes the weirdest noise when excited/laughing. We keep saying that he sounds like a broken pheasant 😂 it's the weirdest sound but he enjoys doing it so 🤷🏻‍♀️

My little girl is 17 months and starting doing this yesterday and today mainly when laughing it almost sounds as though she’s got hiccups or like something in her airway is blocked or something is stuck. Please tell me this is normal? Thanks x
