There are a lot of captain obvious questions getting asked on here which is weird af. Ten seconds to Google but also strange there is so little common sense with some of these posts.

Not being mean but genuinely see these and wonder how these women function

Maybe they just want the social interaction

Sometimes people want a personal experience answer and not just a random “textbook” answer

Maybe they want reassurance that others are in the same boat

Facts 💯 let’s not forget how you got the ones who find the pettiest thing to be mad about 😂 “oh my MIL is calling my baby her baby” like please🥴

I think it’s the same as adding “Reddit” to the end of your Google search, they might just need to hear it from a real person

Sometimes women have been manipulated to not trust in themselves and their own opinions/thoughts by those around them or their certain upbringings/situations. It helps to have people with first hand experience to talk to and reassure you on what’s happening/if you’re overreacting/etc etc As someone who took 10 years to get out of a DV, financial, and mentally abusive situation…..having those discussions REALLY DOES help. No matter how “dumb and obvious” it may seem to those outside the situation 💜

@Amanda same with me about the dv situation having left .

I’m so glad you got out!!! It’s always such a hard thing to do, but I’m proud of you! 💜

Common sense isn’t always common. There are a large number of women who did not grow up with a supportive or knowledgeable mother. The older I get, the more I am seeing that some individuals weren’t exposed to things that we view as basic. And yes, Google is free, but on an app that is meant to provide support, it makes sense that people would come here in hopes of knowledge, and maybe a little bit of grace. Also, while certain things may seem petty to one person, it may be a struggle or test in boundaries or even a show of toxicity based on the history.

@Courtney lol i know not all people think the way that I do but with my knowledge of apple juice and definitely prune juice helping with constipation, I wouldn’t have taken that literally 😂 I would’ve just went and bought the drink and gave it to my daughter for constipation because in my mind, no you can’t use it as an enema.. but that prune juice will clear your behind out like an enema😂 but like I said of course not everyone thinks that way

@Jay💖 yeah someone out there is just gonna believe it. Stupid as it may be to not question something like this, google should either not allow the ai to give medical advice or they should vet it more heavily. Because people think what google says is real, sometimes though the it’s clearly not! lol

@Courtney oh yes the Google AI is a whole mix of crazy!! Some of the things it compiles as “correct info” is just mind boggling…..how is this not somehow double checked somewhere??? 🥲 omg…..not an enema!!

Sometimes one website says one thing and another website says another thing so it is good to hear some real life experiences. Also online articles are often sponsored by suppliers trying to sell their products, which is less likely to be the case on a public forum.
