Why are some religions more aggressive.

I think aggressive people will often use their religion as a shield to behave aggressively. A lot of religion can be open to interpretation - it’s very common to see two people of ‘the same’ faith who seem to have quite different beliefs. You’re always going to get those who choose violence over peace.

Could you be more specific? Or maybe give an example? Also, would you say the aggressive behavior is from the religion or more of an individual thing? I don’t necessarily think that how some people act always reflect the teachings of certain religions but rather personal beliefs.

I don’t think any religion is aggressive, I think people can be aggressive though.

I agree with the above! It’s definitely not due to which religion it is, but the person specifically. I’ve encountered people from almost every religion and each encounter is always different and their beliefs/projections are also always different. As the above said, religious texts and beliefs are ALWAYS up for different interpretations and each person uses their religion/views in different ways 💜 Tldr: religious aggression stems from the person interpreting/applying the ideals and not the actual religion itself!

You can say the religion is aggressive by nature, if you want. Don’t worry about offending people. I personally know what you mean.
