Can’t stop fucking eating

Help! I start off the day tracking my calories, being ‘healthy’ then it all goes out the window by the afternoon/ evening

Hey! I hear this with my clients a lot. It may that your breakfast is not nourishing enough to get you through the day with balanced hunger and fullness levels. What are you having for your first meal?

Exactly what @Aderet Dana Hoch said! My nutritionist recommended Ezekiel bread, and wow, what a different. I now eat 2 slices with fruit or cottage cheese, and it has helped with all the other cravings throughout the day.

Plan your meals. Don't have other goodies in the house available. Don't buy fast food. Plan your snacks/desert. Implement evening fasting and don't eat anything after the set time

Look at the week as a whole rather than just day by day. If u mess up one or two days a week consider those your accidental cheat days. Make sure the rest of the days of the week added up to the appropriate calorie range

@Aderet Dana Hoch question. I try to get protein but every plan I see has a bunch of eggs. I drink a 30g protein shake, peanut butter and apples, chicken and beef. What are some good things to keep me full. I feel like I’m constantly starving.

@Haley 💚 I totally hear the frustration! For meals to be satisfying and stabilize hunger/fullness levels, we need to include protein, fiber, and fat in meals in the appropriate proportion. It sounds like you have a few options here and can definitely build out more so it doesn’t feel like eggs is the only idea :) Let me know if you want to chat about this further!

Baked potatoes are very satiating. If u want a crunchy feel with less calories go for popped rice chips or thins.

@Aderet Dana Hoch I don’t like eggs or avocado and I see those on most plans. Can you give me some good breakfast ideas. I think that’s where I’m going wrong. Thanks!
