FTM and did not read the instructions, I didn’t put this flat or remove the air before putting into the freezer, can I still give it to my baby or use for bath?

It's fine to give in a bottle, squeezing the air out is just an organizational thing so it doesn't take up as much freezer space.

Yes, you can give it to your baby. You mainly lay it flat and squeeze the air out so it freezes flat and doesn’t take up as much room in your freezer.
