Breast feeding, breasts stopped feeling hard

So my breasts always used to feel hard and full when feeding. I knew when she would start to get hungry as my nines would go rock solid. The last few days they haven’t been getting hard but she is drinking until she sleeps most of the time still or seems hair and content. Has anyone else gas this. Im really worried that I’m not making enough for her. Im pumping less too at the moment. I was getting 3oz between both and now in only getting 1oz but I’m feeding her before pumping now whereas i left it for a little bit after feeding before pumping before. Her weight is ok and she is following her growth chart. I just feel so anxious that she’s not getting enough or my supply is going low. We have done so well with feeding and latching since day 1. I just don’t want that to stop now

How long have you been BF? It’s normal for breasts to be hard at first and then when you regulate and get used to it they soften! Also do you have your cycle back? Or any symptoms of? It’s also quite normal to experience a dip around then. You may also find that your little one might be draining you a bit better now and that could be the reason for pumping less after?

If baby is still happy and content and feeding regularly as well as gaining weight I wouldn’t stress too much just yet! Remember stress and anxiety can impact us in many ways including physical and can take a toll on your production :) I pump exclusively but I find that if I’m particularly stressed out or anxious about something I do have one or two smaller pumps tbh! Also around the week before and after my period I produce probably 10oz left a day (I am slight over producer)

Soft boobs are happy boobs :)

Completely normal!
