28W stitch like feeling in stomach

I am 28 weeks pregnant and today when walking it felt like how a stitch would feel in your rib but it was in my stomach?

I’m 25 weeks but I had this yesterday when walking to nursery with my son, I think it genuinely is just a stitch. It was more painful than normal but I think it is just that x
