5 months pp and get so sweaty at night, I exclusively BF. Is this happening to anyone else? X

Yes! I get hot sweats throughout the day and in the night. It must be something to do with the hormones because before having my daughter I’m usually always cold, but now I can’t even go out in a coat because I’ll sweat 🫠 I’m also exclusively breastfeeding x
