I’ve had a bad back since giving birth in July. It is so painful and I have twins, boy and girl. My Boy always needs stimulation and doing something but sometimes mummy needs to rest , babies need the best version of ourselves so take every day as it comes and take your time. My two love Miss Rachel, they laugh and smile when she’s on the television but I always feel bad when I put something on the tv for them.
Remind yourself it's just temporary. It gives your LO time to chill and reset too. These things can't be helped so there's no point feeling bad about it! ❤️

Know that it won’t last and they won’t remember too much about it. You need to be better to be your best for them. so a few days of rest and recovery (if that means miss Rachel for a bit) is a lot better in the long run than half a*sing your recovery and ending up hurting yourself more or grumpy because your in pain. As much as it sucks and you may want to continue to do all the things you normally do a few days of quiet isn’t the end ❤️ I hope you feel better soon mama
