@Aleefa my guess is my water intake but I’ve been drinking atleast 4 bottles. Maybe low iron as well. I’m just not a fan! 😒
i’d never had migraines in my life and since pregnancy with twins, it’s nearly daily. tylenol does nothing, i’ve had to take exedrin, which has caffeine but not too much for babies. these headaches hurt my whole face and teeth even. i’m so sorry you’re going through it as well.
I've always got migraines but they're so much worse when pregnant. Especially since ibuprofen is the only drug that works for me and you can't have it pregnant. Generally if it's a new thing during pregnancy, you should keep an eye on your BP. I have found that peppermint oil can be really helpful too
Yes - I can relate! Have had the worst headaches with neck pain! I finally got a massage on Monday and told her to focus on my next and head and I think it’s helped. But I feel your pain! Was trying everything! Hot / cold packs too.
@ash doctor said I can’t take any… I’m sad :(
@Kiki definitely considering that as well 😫😭 thank you!!!
@Emily will keep an eye on it for sure. This being my third pregnancy, I’ve never had one this strong. Thank you for your recommendation
@kiki yes! The neck pain is awful. Like, have I seriously altered how I sleep so much I have constant neck pain. No one said being pregnant would be annoyingly painful. It’s okay it’s worth it.
@Aleefa yes happy to hear I’m not the only one! Do you have wrist pains too? I read that it’s common and I’m wondering if it’s related…so strange! The joys of pregnancy! lol
I feel you here, I had a migraine since early yesterday with aura (bad smells not there, light sensitivity, vomit, sound sensitivity, and metal taste. Turns out my iron was super low and it triggered a migraine. Their migraine went away after having some dates and eating an iron rich lunch
