I struggled with a sling wrap so got a CuddleBug wrap instead - so easy and my little one is currently sleeping on me (fell asleep while I was preparing my coffee and breakfast) 😊
Can you try feeding them in it? Just be mindful that they can pull their head back to breathe. But that might relax them into it.
We had a different sort of carrier and I tried it with my first at 5 weeks and my daughter screamed her head off 😅 after trying it a few more times she started to enjoy it more and more each time xx
Another vote for keep trying! My baby hated it at first, but now settles in it really quickly
See if you have a local sling library who can support you in making sure you're wearing properly to make sure comfy for you both x
I agree with the girls about trying again. My LB hated it the first time we used it, but we use it everyday now so I can walk the dog. He might whinge to start with but as soon as we’re outside he settles and 99% of the time falls asleep. It helps me get some jobs done round the house when I get back.

I found a ring sling better than a stretchy wrap, not sure which you have x
I'd give it another shot. I had tried and she didn't really like it the first time and then the second time she fell asleep straight away and slept for a long time! ;)
