Hip pain

Hi! I usually use my treadmill 6-7 times per week and I jog/walk on it. My right hip has recently started hurting pretty bad so I skipped yesterday, and this morning I was fine for about 30 minutes and had to quit (I usually do 3.3 miles and it takes like 45 minutes). Anyone have any advice on how I can heal it? Thanks! -Kacey

Collagen!

stretching before and after! I have this same issue.

Strengthen your hips with hip exercises. And do warm ups like high knees, butt kicks, hip rotation, leg sweeps and things like that

Thanks so much for these suggestions, I will be using them!!! I appreciate y’all!!! 🩷🩷🩷

Top of hip or front?

I also am battling this issue with running and walking. I have recently sought out form training and found that my left hip turns in on my stride and that repeated small shift ends up causing pain. I am working on using smaller strides and keeping my feet under me. Also foam rolling the hip/buttock area prior to running or walking will help bring blood flow to the area and enhance proper muscle use and alignment. Hope this helps🙂🙂
