Same as said about it’s hard to judge placement with feeling and it doesn’t matter much until later on. Doing ball exercises and head cow stretches will help keep and get baby engaged if your worried about it.
Have you checked your badger notes? My midwife didn't say anything at my last appointment but noticed in the table in the Antenatal care summary section, it said 'presentation- breech'.
It's completely normal to feel movements all over the place because babies at this stage move around a lot! Also, babies tend not to go head down until much much later on (usually wk 32-36 I think) so whether it's "breech" now is completely irrelevant. As to whether there's a way of knowing, your midwife should be able to palpate your bump and tell you roughly the position in that given moment. I'm sure you can also learn how to do it yourself but personally it's like some sort of dark arts for me 😅 It gets a bit easier towards the end of pregnancy (google "belly mapping") xx
