Following bc I’m a huge big back that can’t stop eating :( I literally am too addicted to food

This girl on tik tok always said eat what you want add what you need. And that been working for me. If I grab a thing of mini muffins, I’ll try to add some extra protein with a Greek yogurt. Or make an egg or two. If I’m craving a bagel I’ll make it but add turkey bacon or maybe a side of carrots and hummus. Or sometimes if I’m really conscious of it I’ll make a meal first and then have whatever I was craving for a snack. So I still get the craving but I’m not hungry anymore so I don’t go back for more snacks.

Hi! 👋🏻 I see this very often with my clients. (I’m a Dietitian) It starts with exploring your relationship with food and body. It’s work that I do with my clients everyday :) If you want to hear more, let me know! I’ll send a PM :)

For me, being regimented helped. I eat my three small meals and two snacks a day. I drink plenty of water. It's all about controlling your sugars so consistently eating well every 2 to 3 hours made me not binge. I would mindlessly binge when I skipped snacks or meals.

I’ve started trying to plan my meals and snacks to build a foundation of honoring my hunger cues. I started by trying to pay attention to times of day I usually get hungry and then planning what and how much I’ll eat. I wouldn’t say this is a forever/sustainable approach but more so a way I’m starting to challenge myself to not eat when I’m bored. I hope you find a healthy way that works for you❤️

Try and drink more water. Sometimes you are truly just thirsty. Also it will make you feel fuller and not eat so much

Nothing wrong with snacking, just have healthy snacks like carrots and hummus or bananas and peanut butter. If you’re hungry, eat! Listen to your body

Loads of self control 😂

We don't buy any chips, cookies, etc at all. We buy loads of fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, anything with high protein. If we are hungry for a snack we focus on protein and drink lots of water

Sounds awful, but buy less bad snacks and more healthier options. I would easily eat 4 chocolate bars a day but now I’m on month 2 of not buying chocolate bars and getting alternatives from the 100 calories or less section and I’m not eating them all in one day 😁

Get a hobby not to sound mean but as someone who bored to eats having some thing else to do helps
