I didunt have normal birth my was c section so I have the same. Question

You’re meant to wait at least 6 weeks so that your vagina and cervix has time to heal and to stay away from the chance of infection but I’d be cautious because it takes months for your hormones to go back to normal so you are super fertile so a long time after the 6 weeks.

You’re supposed to wait at least 6 weeks so your body can heal. Some people may bleed for longer. Get the clear from your OBGYN first

The advice is to wait 6 weeks - we waited exactly 6 weeks and my body still wasn’t ready, I had an episiotomy and so I was in agony even trying to have sex 🫠 I’d say it took a solid 6 months for sex to feel comfortable again

We waited 6 weeks as my boy tore me in 4 different places and we didn't want to risk getting pregnant again x
