Not sure about sweets in general, but I read about certain cravings can mean that your body needs vitamins/minerals and craves foods it knows where you previously got it from, I saw that chocolate apparently stands for magnesium and I think ice cream for iodine. Hope that helps! Xx
My baby was built on McDonald’s cheeseburgers, chocolate and cans of coke and I had zero deficiencies or any problems, I wouldn’t worry too much🤣
