Rainbow light prenatals, magnesium, iron, probiotics.
I got my hair done, cut and colour. Its falling out if I do or don't and I rather feel good about my hair.
@Jen what vitamins did you choose? I stopped taking mine and currently just started again taking the pregnacare breastfeeding support ones which I really like, but I ran out too and then funds wouldn't stretch so missed them for four months 😅 but back on them now, I'm still breastfeeding at two years two months ✨🎉
I’m getting some shedding too! 4m postpartum. It was so thick and growing so fast too
Go for it! I was shedding insanely almost immediately after giving birth so I decided to chop it off 2 weeks PP and I've been In love. Although I still have some shedding, it's significantly less and growing its growing pretty fast. I also juice often, that may be contributing as well.
I’m 4 months pp and started shedding around 3 months. I got a haircut last week and she did a detox treatment and cut, and I have noticed substantially less shedding. I am also wrapping my hair up at night and back to taking my vitamins regularly. (I had fallen off bc I had to order more 😅) but the combo of cut and vitamins seems to have improved hair loss, so I’d say worth a shot! Not sure if color will affect it tho, especially if you’ll be bleaching. Might be helpful to speak with your stylist to see what their thoughts are too.
