Snacks or no snacks

Hi Baby is now on 3 bottles. Morning night and late morning and dropping to morning and night next week with three meals. I keep seeing online that babies under 12 months don’t need snacks but if they’re not snacking how can I keep her going from 1pm to tea time? Do people give snacks? I tend to make these myself and only give her shop Bought if we’re out and about

My little girl is on 2 bottles afternoon and night and has 3 meals and 2 snacks a day I think if they want them let them have it.

We do one bottle in morning and one before bedtime! Has 3 meals, snack and dessert! Xxx

My little girl has one bottle in the morning and one before bed, as well as 3 meals and sometimes a snack but not always x

We have a snack late morning and afternoon x

They are so close to 1 year old there’s no harm in introducing a snack now, my boy has one most days

My girl has snacks as and when she wants them also has 3 meals a day with dessert and has 2 sometimes 1 bottle of milk she will have a bottle with her breakfast or just before breakfast and one of a night for bed sometimes she likes water with her breakfast I always give her a choice your baby will always let you know if they don’t want something my little one has had snacks and been on food since she was 3 months old she is healthy happy content and growing how she should be just do what you think. My eldest daughter I was exactly the same she was on food from 3 months old too you will always know when your baby is ready x

Mine has a snack if she wants a snack. She only does half a day at nursery but they give her breakfast, snack 2 hours later and lunch 1.5-2 hour after snack. If she was on a full day she would then get afternoon snack followed by dinner (plus milk if that’s part of little ones schedule) so it’s expected they have 3 meals and 2 snacks at nursery so I can’t see issue with giving snacks myself! My LG will either have a snack or a bottle after nursery before her dinner depending on what we are doing and how she is behaving
