Ohhh yes even our gp commented on it haha
I'll add that We are actually with developmental pediatrics as we are also the probably ADHD group haha
My daughter is because my son is and I believe he has adhd... Just rang the Dr's to see if they can get me referred somewhere for him
Not weird just who he is, just uniquely different like every other human on the planet If he indeed has ADHD, that’s explains the ‘weird’ behaviour ?
I wouldn't use the word weird. I think I'd use it as different probably. Yeah they definitely have their own versions of the world and their own amounts of energy!
@Ameenah he’s extremely hyperactive, throws himself everywhere, talking random made up words, presses his face against people and their feet, random shouting. He’s just so different to other kids I meet his age. I’m scared he’s gonna struggle at school or be made fun of.
I can kinda relate with having a hyperactive son myself, who I also suspect might have ADHD, your concerns are very valid at the end of the day, I just believe we must advocate for them because if we heard someone else call them ‘weird’ we won’t love that.
I def agree to advocate for your child. If you're concerned, get speaking to someone. It can take time to get through the system. Early intervention makes a lot of difference 🙂
