are periods irregular when ebf?
Hi mamas i just got my period for the first time at 12 months postpartum last month. this month i haven’t gotten it and it’s 7 days late. Was your period super irregular when it came back? or did it snap back to normal? or could i be pregnant? (pull out method when we are intimate) i will test anyways when i can but i just want to know if an irregular period is normal with breastfeeding. i have been super moody, acne, fatigue and extra discharge happening and i don’t recall those happening last month with my period 😅

Mine were irregular for the first few months and then evened out again. Always worth remembering that everyone is different though, what's my norm may be very unusual for someone else!

I got my period back at 9 months postpartum and then was about a week late my next period! Definitely thought I was pregnant too 😅
